WEATHER GUARD™

Weather Guard Cabinets
Weather Guard™ is the industry's best, maintenance-free spa cabinet. Each cabinet is constructed of strong and durable cellular vinyl PVC that won't crack, splinter or peel. Since it replaces the wood most spa cabinets use, Weather Guard™ is termite, moisture, and rot resistant. Weather Guard™ is available in two colors: Coastal Grey or Redwood, and will not fade or discolor even when exposed to the effects of outside weather and ultraviolet light. Weather Guard™ is energy efficient too - 62% more than traditional wood!

DURABOND™

QCA Spa shells are manufactured with a patented four-layer strenghthing process called DuraBond™. This exclusive system combines the beauty of acrylic with a layer of ABS for strength and integrity. A layer of double-strenghthening material is then applied. The process is completed with a thick layer of insulating polyurethane foam.

ACRYLIC PLUS

Aristech Plus Quarite
Acrylic Plus cast acrylic is a non-porous material that resists stains, like build-up of lotions and body oils, which can ruin non-acrylic spas. It's durable surface resists chipping, cracking, and denting. Acrylic Plus keeps it's shine despite sanitizing chemicals, high temperatures, and exposure to sunlight. No polishing or waxing is necessary to maintain it's appearance - just a sponge and mild soap.

POLAR INSULATION

QCA Spas are built to withstand harsh, midwestern winters. Our system incorporates a foam-insulated cabinet and a thick layer of polyurethane foam applied to the shell. The ambient air trapped between the two layers provides an insulating barrier to help maintain spa water temperature.

ENERGY SAVER SYSTEM

Heat produced by the spa's mechanical equipment is not vented away in a QCA Spa - it is trapped and reused. As water moves through the lines toward the jets it draws air with it (venturi). This air is taken from the pocket created by the Polar Insulation on the shell and cabinet. Not only is warm air recycled and used to warm the water in your jets, but it also helps to maintain the water temperature - saving you money!
